This weeks prison object is another pick of my fellow inmate Den-d-lion.

TOOTHPASTE – by Den-d-lion
It is so versatile: I’ve used it for so many things, from sealing up a draughty window in my Cardiff jail-cell – to the usual job of sticking posters and stuff up on your cell noticeboard or wall.
However, I’ll never use it to seal a Rule 39 letter again! I sent one from my last jail, ‘Ranby’ at it was returned by the Post Office due to ‘wrong address’ or similar.
That got me an ‘S.I.R.’ saying “A sniffer dog indicated on an incoming package returned to prisoner – which contained traces of white powder! It had been sent to – and returned from – the Prison and Probation Ombudsman!
